Return and Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing Skylux Skylight Inc. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
1. Orders and Deposits
When a client agrees to a service or product order, a deposit is required to reserve materials and schedule installation. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service.
2. Cancellations

Before product is ordered: A full refund of the deposit is available.

After ordering but before installation: The deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the ordered materials.

Within 48 hours of scheduled installation: A cancellation fee may apply due to labor and logistics.

After installation is complete: No refunds will be issued.
3. Product Returns
Products are non-returnable unless found to be defective upon arrival.
If a product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 5 business days

Submit documentation (photo/video)

We will review and offer a replacement or refund if warranted
4. Manufacturer Warranty
All products are backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
If an issue arises related to product quality, we will assist with manufacturer support and coordination.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
