   • Manufacturer’s standard product warranty

   • Sales tax (if applicable)
 

Payment Terms

   • 100% payment is required to confirm and place the order

   • Accepted payment methods:

           • Zelle to skylux.skylight@gmail.com

           • Check payable to Skylux Skylight Inc.

           • ACH (direct debit) payment – processing fee 1.3%

           • Credit/debit card via secure online link – processing fee 3.4%

   • Once payment is received, the order is considered confirmed and non-cancelable
 

Cancellation & Restocking Policy

    • Orders may be canceled with a full refund only before we place the order with the manufacturer

   • Once we place the order with the manufacturer (including all custom and special-order items) the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable

   • All sales are final once the product has shipped

Custom / Special Orders

   • Changes to this quote after payment may result in additional charges or new quote

   • VELUX does not warranty specially painted cladding on skylights, roof windows, or flashing kits
 

Lead Time & Shipping

   • Estimated lead time: 2-6 weeks from receipt of payment (depends on manufacturer stock and custom options)   

   • Exact shipping date will be confirmed after payment and order placement

   • Lead times are approximate. We are not responsible for manufacturer or freight carrier delays

   • Shipping is curbside delivery (driver unloads at the curb/street). Inside delivery, lift-gate service, or placement on roof is NOT included unless specifically added as a line item
 

Shipping Damage & Claims

   • Client must inspect all items immediately upon delivery

   • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours with photos

   • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

   • After 48 hours, all products are considered accepted as delivered
 

Material Handling & Liability After Delivery

We are not responsible for:

   • Glass breakage or damage after delivery/sign-off

   • Damage caused by other trades, vandalism, falling objects, weather events, or improper storage

   • Skylights and sun tunnels are NOT walkable – client/contractor is responsible for restricting roof access

Returns & Warranty Claims

   • Defective products may be returned or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty only. Return shipping costs are client’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. No cash refunds – only replacement 

Quote Validity

     This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
